Graphite drawing on paper. 60x42cm or roughly 23" x 16". Using 20+ reference photos and a mirror as inspiration to create an imagined person. So, I've finally finished this beast! A long time in the making, initially started to 'get back drawings/creating' as I hadn't seriously drawn anything other than for a little fun in a long time. I wanted to create a picture that really pushed my skills, patience, concentration and imagination. I created a backstory for the character that could be linked to future drawings, with the idea that they can all form an exhibition one day. Need to get my skates on! As of finishing - 2018 I'm currently between being proud of it and sick of looking at it, so here it is for other people to look at!
